Gift Guide: Autumn Authenticity
It may still technically be summer for another week, but it seems like every basic bitch in town is already getting her pumpkin-spiced-FILL IN THE BLANK on. And you know what? I'm OK with that. After all, everyone knows that Autumn has the best weather, best outfit potential (hi layers!), and best of all, my birthday!

Denim jackets will never go out of style, so invest in a classic one like this. I wore mine nearly every day on our UK adventure last year. It's comfy, stylish and easy to layer.

Sometimes I think the only reason people like Fall is because they get to wear scarves. They're a comfy, fun and adaptable accessory that screams IT'S TIME FOR PUMPKIN!
5. New Balance 420 Vintage Sneakers in Navy, ASOS $117
Y'all know I love me some Nike Frees, but recently I've branched out. New Balances are a great alternative for those with wider feet (like myself). They also have a bit more cushion that helps with those cobble-stone filled street walks.
6. Marled Crew Socks in Black, American Eagle Outfitters $7.95
Like scarves, basic bitches around the world love a good marled sock to wear over jeans with booties. These are the perfect pair to look like you're about to go hiking and enjoy the great outdoors (though if you actually are going to do those things, I'd recommend these).

It's not all about clothes and accessories here, its also about festive home goods! Trade in your beach and summer decor for some quirky felt pennants that tells others you're a cool girl cause you like nature.

Still feel like summer where you are, but you're ready to usher in Fall now? Wait no more with this candle! It'll make your home smell earthy and woodsy. Just picture yourself curling up next to it with a pumpkin-spiced latte in hand (don't forget your marled socks).
