The Menu: Sanctuary Restaurants
Local restaurant owners around the United States have joined the #resistance and are labeling themselves (literally, with signs in the windows) as "sanctuary restaurants." Their mission is to "offer support and resources to workers, restaurants, and consumers to help create the world we want to see -- a world free from hate, discrimination, and harassment."
As of now, there are just 80 participating restaurants, but the list is growing daily. Since Staci and I are big fans of both sticking it to the Cheeto-In-Chief and eating delicious noms, I thought I'd round up some of my favorite sanctuary restaurants around town.
