Baltimore: Light City, Round 2
After almost a full year of Staci telling me (and you) how great Baltimore's Light City was, I FINALLY got to see it for myself over the weekend and boy, it did not disappoint. With over 50 exhibits spanning a few miles, I didn't even get to see all of it.
After a delicious meal in Little Italy, my parents and I headed over to Harbor East to start the art walk. The main highlights for me we all the amazing interactive works and the string of lights creating a faux laser beam pattern over the canal. I was also introduced to the delightful Mr. Trash Wheel for the first time.
It was also nice to show my parents a side of downtown Baltimore that they've never seen before (a.k.a. safe and fun). I can't wait to go back next year and see what new works of art are on display!
