The Menu: Asheville Breweries
I heard that you can’t go to Asheville without hopping (pun intended) around the local breweries. After Portland, Maine, Asheville has the most breweries per capita in the entire country. There are over 40 to check out, so obviously we couldn’t visit them all. As we have been in NYC, we enjoyed our beverages outdoors and away from crowds to be safe.
Here’s whats on our list to sample:
DSSOLVR
A new(ish) brewery in a historic location. While their main focus is beer, they also have wine, cider, and mead on the menu.
Burial Beer Company
Jazz brunch every Sunday featuring New Orleans-inspired cuisine by local chefs. Yes please!
Bhramari Brewing Company
Culinary inspired, locally and globally infused, Bhramari is experimental at its heart.
Catawba Brewing Company
Home to the 2017 award winning “Best IPA” at the World Beer Awards.
Wedge Brewing Company
Relaxed brewery in a 19th-century warehouse with craft beer on tap and food trucks parked outside.
Did we miss any major spots?
