Gift Guide: Summer Travel

Yes yes y'all, it's unofficially summer (FINALLY), and Jen picked out some gifts for you to buy for your favorite summer birthday babies and/or me, so I'm gonna tell you about them.

1. Beach Sounds Portable Speaker, Uncommon Goods $49

I love this retro-looking portable speaker, which even has a bass dial (LOL). Portable speakers are honestly kind of the best, because you know I have the best summer playlists and EVERYONE wants to hear them while we're hanging on the beach.

2. Third Time Off’s a Charm Beach Towel, Modcloth $49.99

This towel is a mindreader. It just GETS me.

3. Back Me Up! Mobile Charger, Bando $30

You know if you're snapping photos on summer vaca all day long, your battery is going to run down, and I don't know about you, but I've never seen an outlet on a beach. A mobile charger solves that problem, and these particular chargers are super cute.

4. Open Air Enjoyment Picnic Basket, Modcloth $99.99

Have you ever bitten into a sandwich on the beach and felt that crunch of sand between your teeth? A sandy sandwich is somehow a staple of my childhood. But this nifty picnic basket seems like it would keep your food (and utensils) neatly tucked away from sand and ugh, bugs.

5. The Getaway Passport Holder, Bando $24

I've been a fan of the passport holder ever since Jen got me one pre-Paris. If you don't have one, it's a must-have for not having to dig around looking for your passport. Save yourself the moment of panic when you think you've lost your passport in a foreign country.

6. Pool Float, Modcloth $39.99

I want to lick this.

7. All in a Day Trip's Work Backpack, Modcloth $64.99

Perfect summer color. Lots of pockets for sunscreen, water, headphones. Found your new summer bag!

8. Go Clean Beachwear Orange, Flight 001 $30

And to go inside of the backpack, this case is perfect for keeping everything that needs to stay dry and sand-free safe from the elements. Like for instance if you're someone who has put a phone in the same bag as a half open bottle of water before. Not that I would know anything about that...

Happy summer!
